I don't get to play games that much anymore, but at least I know the ability to do so is there. In Oblivion @ 1680x1050 with everything maxed, bloom, plus 8x AA I get 60+ FPS (60 FPS Max, VSYNC is on). This is what happens when I buy my wife a Coach purse *grin* ;)

yeah it runs sli which means i could have a lot more vid mem if i wanted

Does the mobo support SLI? You can't SLI a card unless the mobo supports it. The neat thing about the card you got is that it's basically 2 cards slapped together. In theory if you got another of the same card and set up a SLI system you'd have 4 video cores and 2GB of VRAM.
Not knowing your motherboard or chipset it looks like your bottleneck would be the CPU. Sempron chips are like Intel Celerons, they're cheap but they don't have the bus speed or cache you want to have for gaming (which is what I assume you want to do looking at the card you have). So IMHO the next item to upgrade would be the CPU. FYI your Sempron has either 128kb or 256kb of cache.

yes the mobo does support sli
-
there are a number of motherboards out there that support dual sli (four video cards in two arrays) for when you need to support 16 monitors, cool stuff if you can afford it.
