So, my group swapped from sr4 to Deadlands: Hell on Earth (also a really good setting) and I'm trading modules for that with another "Marshal" (it's all wild-west like that).

Which means all those SR plots I was working on can be put up here!

slap together a 4th edition, 400 BP character, e-mail it to me (gilliam.jc@gmail.com), and then introduce yourself.  Play nice, and work together (god dammit!).  I think i'll give it two weeks for characters to find my inbox.  hopefully they don't get snagged by a junk filter, that would be really really lame.

so, it's been 2 weeks, and I've gotten 11 views, many of which are probably me.  Guess non-one's interested in playing, or they don't check this far down on the main forum.

oh well, if people want to try and play a pbp game, send me a PM.

Interested by lazy to time time create a character. Been too long since I've done it too.

Others probably are in the same boat.

If there's a way around this, then I think more will jump on board.

Gilliam, if you're really interested in running a game, I'll play.

If it's a solo adventure, I'll probably go decker (hacker?) so I can get those rules mechanics figured out.

ok, well, I guess I'll keep the thread open for another week or so and then we can work out a time to get started?  or just keep it by thread.

Sounds good to me.

Maybe we could all be deckers/hackers, so we're not doing a traditional run, but something where we could be in our respective locations, moving against a central facility?

hmm, something like that would definitely work better over a pbp type format than it does in tabletop.  I think I can come up with a full-VR adventure.  Give me a little bit though.  umm, anyone who wants in should E-mail me a character sheet (I can read .txt, older MS word (XP release), and Open office)

ok, so I've finally received a character from kid_vid, is anyone else interested? I've lost track of my original notes for this, so I'll have to cook up something new.  It'll be 4th edition.  I've decided to try my hand at play-by-post, rather than organize anyone into a chat session.  not sure how I'll handle combat yet, I guess I'll work that out as we go along.  I'll start a new thread here somewhere with formatting conventions for game purposes.  It looks like the kid's playing his usual weedy decker/hacker type, so if someone wants to contribute some lead-slinging or muscle, that would probably be best :).  y'all know how the streets get :).

Hasn't posted in this thread since May 2010, hasn't even been on the board since March of this year... I'd say probably not so much.
