I honestly can't tell if that's fake or not... the "engrish" is a little poor, and the 'totally random user comments' are a literal quote, in the same engrish, as the blurb written by the 'developer' two paragraphs up....
but it is shadowrun-ish-looking.
*shrug*
I'm going to guess fake spyware honeypot trap.

If you click on the "Play Now" button on the link it loads an advertisement page, then forwards to Shadowrun.com (http://Shadowrun.com).  Is this person trying to make a couple of cents or something?

Cliffhanger Productions is the development house that's making the "Shadowrun Online" game, the one Kagemusha posted about.  They moved their development to Shadowrun.com (http://Shadowrun.com) so all this does is put you a couple of clicks away (rather than going their directly) with advertisements in between, not an actual game to play. 

The FAQ on Shadowrun.com says they're planning for a release in 2013.

A little more digging, looks like whoever this person is they're just trying to move traffic through their site.  I don't think that's very nice, especially since they did it with a lie... :(
