Excellent, I will add this to my "repository."  I think Bull has put together something similar.  I've got probably 3-4k images as reference/inspirational material to create characters/npc's/stories/etc.  strewn across several computers.  I spent a lot of time on CGHub and CGSociety as well as DeviantArt collecting things.
