You are:
Julius Caesar
You scored 55 Wisdom, 87 Tactics, 51 Guts, and 50 Ruthlessness!
Roman military and political leader. He was instrumental in the transformation of the Roman Republic into the Roman Empire. His conquest of Gallia Comata extended the Roman
world all the way to the Atlantic Ocean, introducing Roman influence into what has become modern France, an accomplishment of which direct consequences are visible to this day. In 55 BC Caesar launched the first Roman invasion of Britain. Caesar fought and won a civil war which left him undisputed master of the Roman world, and began extensive reforms of Roman society and government. He was proclaimed dictator for life, and heavily centralized the already faltering government of the weak Republic. Caesar's friend Marcus Brutus conspired with others to assassinate Caesar in hopes of saving the Republic. The dramatic assassination on the Ides of March was the catalyst for a second set of civil wars, which marked the end of the Roman Republic and the beginning of the Roman Empire under Caesar's grand-nephew and adopted son Octavian, later known as Caesar Augustus. Caesar's military campaigns are known in detail from his own written Commentaries (Commentarii), and many details of his life are recorded by later historians such as Suetonius, Plutarch, and Cassius Dio.

My test tracked 4 variables How you compared to other people your age and gender:

You scored higher than 23% on Unorthodox

You scored higher than 97% on Tactics

You scored higher than 37% on Guts

You scored higher than 60% on Ruthlessness

George MacClellan
You scored 48 Wisdom, 81 Tactics, 53 Guts, and 35 Ruthlessness!

Like General McClellan, you're smart enough to know what tactical decisions to make. However, the problem with McClellan is that he could never sprout the balls to act on his information, and in the end, that's why Geoge McClellan is only a sidenote in the history books.

After graduating from West Point, he served with distinction in the Mexican War and later worked on various engineering projects, notably on the survey (1853-54) for a Northern Pacific RR route across the Cascade Range. Resigning from the army in 1857, he was a railroad official until the outbreak of the Civil War. In May, 1861, McClellan was made commander of the Dept. of the Ohio and a major general in the regular army. He cleared the western part of Virginia of Confederates (June-July, 1861) and consequently, after the Union defeat in the first battle of Bull Run, was given command of the troops in and around Washington. In November he became general in chief. The administration, reflecting public opinion, pressed for an early offensive, but McClellan insisted on adequate training and equipment for his army. In Mar., 1862, he was relieved of his supreme command, but he retained command of the Army of the Potomac, with which in Apr., 1862, he initiated the Peninsular campaign . The collapse of this campaign after the Seven Days battles was charged by many to his overcaution. In Aug., 1862, most of McClellan's troops were reassigned to the Army of Virginia under John Pope . After Pope's defeat at the second battle of Bull Run, McClellan again reorganized the Union forces, and in the Antietam campaign he checked Robert E. Lee's first invasion of the North. He was slow, however, to follow Lee across the Potomac and in Nov., 1862, was removed from his command.

You're I, Robot!
by Isaac Asimov
While you have established a code of conduct for many generations to follow, your demeanor is rather cold and calculating. Brought up to serve humans, you have promised never to harm them, to follow orders, and to protect yourself. Living up to this code has proved challenging and sometimes even drives you mad. If you were a type of paper, you would be pulp.

I dunno if i like that one though. I had to take the test several times just to find a book I could relate to.

King Edward I
You scored 62 Wisdom, 81 Tactics, 49 Guts,  and 45 ruthlessness!
Or rather, King Edward the Longshanks if you've seen Braveheart. You, like Edward, are incredibly smart and shrewd, but you win at any costs.... William Wallace died at his hands after a fierce Scottish rebellion against his reign. Despite his reputation though, Longshanks had the best interests of his people at heart. But God help you if you
got on his bad side.

Title: Re:Survey Says~
Post by: kv on December 14, 2005, 06:17:52 PM
Well, there were a lot of tactical questions on there- I think you probably did a couple of things differently (maybe you protected the supply lines, rather than attempting a last-ditch effort to rout), and that made the difference.

Title: Re:Survey Says~
Post by: Ruski on December 15, 2005, 11:46:12 AM
You always got to protect the suply lines. even if you route them; if you don't have any suplys, you'll die.

win the battle, loose the war.

Title: Re:Survey Says~
Post by: kv on December 15, 2005, 11:58:34 AM
There you go.

Although my reasoning was: win the war, no need to supply. But that's probably where I fell short of 87 in tactics.

yea. it's a good idea, but short sighted.

think of it this way. the day after you win the war; your guys will still have to eat.

true- that was the only one where I think I answered differntly than you did- and I thought about it for a good five mi nutes before deciding to be a little more ruthless and a little less cautious.

You are a far better tactician, though.

well, according to the online survay... that dosn't mean much in real world enviroments.

No, speaking from experience- you're the only one who EVER beat me at Risk and other strategy games. I used to play with the smart kids from class, too. Like Dad thinking he sucked at chess becuase both of his older brothers were ranked.

I thought I was horrible at those games until I played someone else. Then I trounced them. The group I was playing kept getting bigger (beat one guy, beat him and his friend, beat him and two friends, beat him and three friends, beat him, three friends and a teacher...) until they had both teachers and about half of the class watching.

And you're a better tactician than I am. By far.

Title: Re:Survey Says~
Post by: Ruski on December 16, 2005, 03:11:12 PM
I wouldn't say that you 'suck' at anything. getting an 81 or whatever in tatics is far from suckage.

everyone has things that they are really good at, and things they are just okay at, and things they are competative with, and things they can do well enough to impress people who don't matter.

like... computers. I'm super competative in repairing computers.
you can fix them just as well, but don't try nearly as hard, 1) because you don't have to, because I'm competative with it, and 2) because you know enough to fix most anything.

with tatics, I know enough to impress laymen, but it's not something i'm really competative about.

mom is super competative with her grades in school.
David is super competative with fixing general hardware house stuff.
Dustin is obsessive compulisve when it comes to world of warcraft or other video games. (remember when he almost cryed when you teamed up and practiced for a whole weak to beat him once at the stupid wreseling game?)

everyone gets to pick their own obsessions. it's one of the many things that make us unique.

Where does the color thing derive from? Aura reading, or anything?

Hipi Iti is a semi-soft New Zealand cheese. It is made from sheep's milk that gives a sweet, caramel taste. The name means "little sheep" in Maori. The cheese ripens in two months, and is similar to Feta.

Your name is: go frag yourself and die
Your cheese rating is:    Mascarpone

A soft white cream cheese with a mild taste. Mascarpone is thought to have originated in the area between Lodi and Abbiategrasso, south and west of Milan, in the late 16th or early 17th century. It is not actually a cheese at all, being the result of a culture being added to the cream skimmed off the milk used when making Parmesan, and as such, it is suitable for vegetarians. It is often used in Italian desserts.
