Nah, Jester, this is a new guy. None of the "old guard" would do something like that. They're too smart for it. It says a lot about suspension of disbelief that the rest of the PC's didn't turn on him and kill his stupid hoop.

well so far thank heavens that i havent hit one of my playmates yet.. but i do know of one that hit one to get hit with an arrow and getting hurt lol by another player heard the story n laughed hard lol .. some would say not too bright lol

Nope. Regular offensive grenades. We were lucky to get out of it alive, much less with most of our parts intact. What's worse than fighting 2 Banded 5 Samurais and 1 Banded 3 Mage??? Having your OWN FRAGGING TEAMATE dropping grenades into the fight at the same time.

Actually, I think this may have worked out better. See, now he had to spend ALL the money he has to get the cloned replacement. He had a "learning experience." And he has an enemy, that is to say, the sniper who shot him was the last runner in a team who got sold out by the Banded and attacked by both the Banded and my PC's. A sniper as an enemy is NOT a nice thing.
