Tiger never did go after the ZO...nobody was krazi enough to go with him, so he figured that was the point when he needed to retire.  And if you're talking about the antartic SK facility, that was pulled off with minimum casualties.  Some say the Wyrm was lookin for him, but I believe he knew it was going to happen regardless.  Although he still produces weapons to order, but you have various layers of people to go through.  And the cost of importing them make them almost to expensive for the common runner.  But then again not many common runners need those kind of weapons either.  And Mercy I still got one of the combat yo-yo's laying around   ;D

Combat yo-yo, huh? Well, I guess if you have to take down an entire room of yo-yo enthusiasts, that's the way to go. :-\

Reminds me that one of the "guns" I designed has actually be produced by the US military in RL. Quite a while back I had an idea for a small shotgun-shell-sized drone to be fired from an air rifle. Once the "drone" got to a certain hieght, a small balloon would inflate and the drone would float lense down in the air. A small transmitter would broadcast the video to a reciever on the ground.

Now it turns out the US Military has developed a bulky version of the same thing, only with a parachute instead of a balloon. And can you believe those fraggers haven't even given me one royalty check??

I thought the one they use was designed for a grenade launcher.

Good luck getting money out of the military. My dad works for them, and he has a hard time getting credit for his ideas.

They do fire it out of a grenade launcher. Like I said, it's clunky and much lower tech than my idea. Pretty dreky design, too. Mine was much more elegant.

I saw the one you're talking about on FutureWeapons (which my dad keeps recording and insists on watching while I'm there wanting to watch something else), but how was your design more elegant?

Much smaller drone launced from an air rifle. The entire thing would be about the size of a large shotgun shell and since it was fired from an air rifle, it would be quieter as well. Also, a balloon would hold the drone up much longer than a parachute.

You know I saw a remote control plane the air force uses for surviellance.  It has a maximum altitude of 10,000 feet and a range of 150 sq miles (these are public statics so multiply by about 50% for actual figures).  It looked pretty cool...
