Now I saw this movie before 300.  It was pretty decent, it had some unexpected comedy in it, and the action was pretty cool.  A few scenes had some pretty cool head explosions in it.  Definately wouldn't rate it as one of the greats, but worth watching at least once.  The acting in it was actually believable (to a degree).  Not to mention an ending that I really enjoyed.

this movie for some reason didn't appeal to me. I guess because it reminded me of Bourn Identity.

Sorta had the Bourne feel to it...speaking of which the third one is almost done being filmed.  The Bourne Ultimate!

My Dad is really looking forward to seeing this, so I might end up taking him to the movies on monday. He loves the conspiracy/government coverup stuff, especially stuff with high technology in it.

I thought the Bourne movies were a little low-tech, but I didn't realize that Ludlum wrote them in the seventies, when they would have been state of the art, and almost sci-fi.

To be honest I wouldn't say there was a lot of "high tech" stuff in this movie really...

My dad is also looking forward to this movie. He read the book (he has lots of time to read at his job) and said that this was going to be good.

I believe he said it was based on a novel called Point of Impact. I believe.

I was thinking of taking my Dad to this tomorrow night, if at all possible. He doesn't usually watch movies during the week anymore. Usually we stay up and watch poorly written television instead. ;D
