This is bull!
Finally got a job, working nights, which isnt bad.. but...

i only work 6 hours a night 6 nights a week, which isnt bad.. cept i have to take the bus. and cause the scheduel is so messed up, i have to leave at about 6 in the evening for a job that starts at 11 at night.. i get done at about 5:30, but dont get home until almost 9... cause the bus sucks...

Wensdays are my only day off.. and what day does the game come out..?

Pretty sure nobody is here to read this, all you are all dived into the game almost as much as i am (Fragging work..) But.. well.. Damn it i wanna play North! heheh! I wanna bring back my old half crazed vampire hunting psycho and kick some ass....

My brothers and I were backers, so we've been eagerly anticipating the game for a while now- I've been playing it every night for way too long after work, and I have to say I'm really amazingly happy with it. I'm enjoying the single-player campaign, I love the plot, and I'm looking forward to trying out the editor after I finish with the campaign.

I'll be making Back to the Shack as my test module, and then working on a campaign.

Just a thought, but should we create a Steam Group for the Shadowrun pub? It would make it a little easier to keep track of any campaigns made by the group, and we can suggest and review the works of others on there?

Sound like a good plan?

Already done (weeks ago actually).  Add me on steam and I'll add you to the group.

In other news I'm on my second play through of SR:R.  First play through was with a mage, this time around I'm a samurai.  It seems like playing a mage makes the game harder, this time around I'm not having that tough of a time.  It could be because I know what to expect now however...

I heard that Mages with the Blind spell make the game easier, if that helps.

I just finished my first playthrough tonight, actually. Yay!

Ya no joke, talk about robust!  I haven't played with it too much, but the level design is pretty strait-forward.  Figuring out event triggers now.  I should probably go look at their tutorials huh?

I figured, I've done Neverwinter nights modding, even built my own campaigns and adventures; so I opened up their level for Pike Place s comparison- and damn, did they spend some hours making that place!

The tutorials I've see have all been really good. Now I just need to go back and learn everything and start working.

I still need to figure out how to put 14 aisles of shelving in there (I didn't find any suitable shelves in the toolset, so I'll have to go over it again, and maybe figure out how to create my own), and then set up conversations and encounters- boom, Back to the Shack!

I've made (more) progress on my Stuffer Shack. They updated the editor, so you don't have to do the hack walkaround to get custom items into the game; so I re-entered my shelves, and added a StarKaf logo to celebrate (It's not just soykaf, it's StarKaf.).






Right now my game is crashing whenever I try and test the module, though... which worries me. Anyone else having problems, or did I break something?
