yeah, issue now i getting appointment with doctor to get extended medical leave stuff filled out, an find out if work is gonna list it as paid or unpaid leave... Cause if its unpaid, thats 2 weeks of pay gone.. even at partial would be a major help..

Yep. Just the sorta thing to push a guy into running the shadows...

If that sorta thing actually existed. And was actually capable of doing it...

And that moment when you join a new game... and one of the guys joining is pushing to play a nuclear physad. And when turned down wants to basicly play a toxic wolf shaman...

Yeah. Game seems to have fallen apart, but... The character concepts i saw i cant say im to sad as it was kinda looking like a mess with a bunch of "That Guy".

Heheh. Yeah. They did their pick and i wasnt included... and not to sad at that decision. Looking at what people were putting together im not to sad, less shadowrun more murderhobo brigade with access to military gear.

Oh well. Search continues...

Side note. Cant wait for cyberpunk 2077... but really wish we could have gotten a shadowrun game like that. The return series is awesome, but a good shooter... oh man. Thst would be awesome.

Fair, and would be hard to get as much story stuff in an fps as effectively..

But still, something shootery would be nice, current run of games out just dont quite do it for me..

Hey, Captain.  Hope you're on your feet again. 
Glad you had someone in to talk with, Root, while I dealt with some rather horrible issues in the topside world.  Felt bad when I realized how long I'd been a no show here.
The pub remains in a persistent vegetative state, but we keep bringing in the hummus to coax it along, don't we?

If it makes you feel any better, when one of our guys brought his weird gf in to a game for us to teach her the ropes. The rules guys gave her the quickie rundown of basics and she insisted that she wanted to play a squirrel character. No, that is not a typo. She wanted to play a squirrel. Granted, that's a hell of a thing to have one of those run up your opponent's leg during a big fight, but really, how many times can you count on that working before you get messy road kill?

And yeah, managed to find my way back recently after game fell through and finally finished sr hong kong, been far to long. Hope your issues werent to bad.

I can beat that. Game i wanted to run guy insisted his cyberware could let him run faster then the speed of light, and his knives could upload viruses to take over peoples cyberware.

Made such a stink i let him have them... then the second he turned on his legs special abilities his meat was turned to dust and everything around him slagged as all the energy was violently drawn off to try and power the legs, which were turned into base smoking carbon. Long with his stupid knives.

Granted he wasnt someones SO... but still.
