Not really sure if this is the right sub-forum, but here goes:
I'm 2 sessions into a new campaign, with the next session planned for friday.
Just me and 2 players but we're playing. A bit.

I think any sub forum is fine in my opinion. The fact still posting is the most important point.

Spill the details. What’s the setup?
Just started but a brief overview would be nice.

Just 2 players.
One 'infiltration specialist' - disguises/stealth/face
One decker.

Obviously, there will be a lot of hosts not connected to the Matrix, to make physical intrusion necessary.
I'm also planning a few missions where only the specialist goes in, while the decker tries to take over the security system and keep the infiltrator safe.

First run was intentionally a milk run.
Mamma Rossi wanted some info on this girl that her poor innocent son (age 33) had started dating.
It wasn't too hard to find her off line host and copy stuff from it.

Good start. Was it just a get start run or will it connect to a bigger picture?

It was just a stat run, though I do intend to have both mama Rossi and the target of the op show up again.

Run 2:
The runners were given a box (basically a big USB drive), with a keylogger. This needed to go into the host of a certain small 'import/export company' in Tacoma, called Wayfare Inc.

Wayfare Inc is technically a front, but probably actually makes more money from legal business than from smuggling. They do not own their own building. Instead they rent a floor-and-a-half in an office building with a business model of ... exactly that.

The runners found a member of the cleaning staff (these work for the company that owns the building and not directly for Wayfare  Inc), got some intel and bribed him to take the night off. They then went in a cleaning crew.
Building security for cleaning staff was very lax, so it worked.
Essentially, they split the work so that the face did most of the cleaning (and interfacing with the ones that "worked late"), while the decker installed the actual keylogger.

Not a very hard run this one either, but harder.

Alphabet crimes? Those can be fun if yes. This is exciting to hear and read.

Run 3:
The PCs are asked by their fixer to "acquire" the blue prints to a specific building in the Redmond Barrens. There are a few problems though.
The blue prints are not on file with the city, due to the Crash (and also because, well... Redmond).

They also can't just to in and measure the place - well, they could, but the people in the building would probably object. Vigorously. With fully automatic weapons.

So, what to do? A lot of leg work as it turns out. the Players decided to track down what company had build the place in the first place. Then track down the company who bought that company.
Then they broke in there!

This turned out to involve dodging a few guards and taking control of a few cameras. Then using disguises to move around inside the building.

The plans they wanted turned out to be in an archive in the basement, on a USB stick labeled 'Intel' - leading the face character to assume that the info must have been valuable and the decker to worry about how to get an old USB port that still worked.

I’m liking the lead in and the twists. The USB twist is classic and adds the feel of futuristic and nostalgia. Nice lead into overall and look forward to hearing more.

After much delay...

Last session didn't have a mission as such. It was essentially just setting-building. By which I mean the characters didn't have anything specific to do, so "What would you like to do?"

It turned out that the main thing was ... well.
One character (the decker) has a small - fake - company as part of her cover identity. The other character - the face - decided to apply for a job in said, fake, company with one of her false identities.

'Sure. But this is an engineering company, so you'll need to be able to at least sound like you know a bit of engineering.' And so they went out to talk to some engineers to learn what they sounded like.

They also decided to get an HR representative nice and drunk, before copying all the information on her phone before depositing her back at her hotel room. Just at random.

Alcohol never fails in those cases. But nice setup so far…I feel hooked to the story and curious how it will play out in the future.
