So I posted here about myself and a few others working with a group called Shadowrun Identity to try and recreate/update pen and paper adventures for the shadowrun returns engine.

Volunteer projects have their pitfalls, and the group fell apart, but over twenty of us worked on this: Maria Mercurial, in all her glory.

Dave and I worked on this for over a year, and because of this campaign and a bit of of lucky lightning strikes, we got to go to Seattle and pitch our next idea to the developers. It was an amazing trip, but more than that, I got carte Blanche to write in whatever details I wanted. So, our own little Shadowrun Pub makes an appearance in Mercurial, securing a semi-canon place in history. Ingo is even there as bartender (I asked his permission, first).

Now that is cool.  I'd be impressed but that seems out of character for me somehow ;)

I thought it would be weird playing a game with a portrayal of myself within. In the end I thought it was pretty awesome, kind of a mixture of a easter egg and an inside joke hahaha  ;)
