Got twin babies on the way, with their associated complications. I'm joining the California Highway Patrol, so I've got 1) working out & 2) testing eating up my free time. then, I'm trying to prepare my current job for life-post-ruski. I do lots of things for them, so they are hiring three people to take over my job, and I've got to train each of them.
mostly... life is buisy.
I still monitor the Play by Post, and Fiction threads, as well as the 'Technowenies' if you need to get ahold of me for somethin' or just need a laugh. (unless its something other than laughs that I provide... I did provide jokes about Gabe's mom for awhile there,... then everyone comblaned, so I switched it to jokes about my own mom... but that didn't go over well...)

Post by: Jester on August 15, 2006, 04:43:07 AM: i didn't say the game itself was gonna be tabletop style. It's gonna play like any MMORPG. The game is concentrating hard on pvp but you don't have to do it if you don't want to. You can go from lvls 1-40 and not have to kill another player. Just quest. Your quests will still help the war effort even though you never kilkled another player. What they're getting from the tabletop game is mostly the classes and the idea of there being a perpetual war. So don't worry, there will be roleplaying aspects. Sounds like you just misunderstood me :)

I'm just loving the creative spelling on Bazooka, I know its close but it brings weird mind pictures. What was it General Jackson said? It takes a damn poor mind to only come up with one way of spelling a word.

I do know a single grammar fascist, and for her I'd probably suggest a tiny version of the faces (http://chnm.gmu.edu/revolution/searchimages/61.jpg) (pronounced with a hard 'C', as in fakes, but with the vowels as in face).
