If you miss the show, you can:
1) Catch the 'two minute replay' on NBC.com
2) Check the image source, which has pictures from the show, as well as some explanation.
3) Uhhh... just watch the full show on NBC.com. Seriously. They host it for about a week.

don't have the time.  This week I'm trying to a)work, b) get stuff done for classes, and c) pack for a week and a half long trip.

Then check at the SciFi channel web sight. They play the episodes one week after they air on NBC, but I forget just when. So find it and set the Tivo accordingly.

I think I've figured out the "Save the cheerleader. Save the world." comment. If Syar is really stealing powers by killing the "specials" then he could gain Clare's healing factor if he kills her, Monday. Now a buddy of mine told me yesterday that he thinks the date on the newspaper Hiro read in episode 2 was November 20th, which is the show's next air date, and the episode where Sylar, Clare, and Peter meet. So if Sylar get's Clare's powers, he coudl easily appraoch the nuclear guy and survive the massive radiation, thus getting close enought to kill him and set off the explosion. However, if he can't get Clare's healing factor, then the nuclear guy may be able to kill Sylar by just being in proximety to him when Sylar tries to eat his brain.

I think Gabe was right on about the healing power and the inferno-guy.

Isaac's picture was of the nuke-guy, which I thought was awesome, and probably wouldn't have caught if Gabe hadn't said something.

Oh, and I REALLY want to see what Hiro gets up to in the past. :D
