I gotta admit, I'm loving this show.

I love that because Peter went out of his way to help rescue Claire, none of the paintings were accurate- even the one where he died was off, because he took Sylar off the roof with him.

that painting was accurate. If you had noticed they showed him just like the painting after Sylar had booked

Nope- in the painting his own legs were bent up, and in real life, not only were his own legs bent up, but Sylar was tangled up in them.

Well, I'll watch it again on Tivo, but I'm pretty sure all of them were different. I'll double check, though.

Just for you, J-Dogg!

Alright, I just went downstairs and double-checked, and I think I was right- when Peter looks at the picture of the painting that Simone gives him, the clock reads 8:12 and he's lying there alone- when he falls from the top of thos steps with Sylar, they're both lying there when the clock strikes 8:12. When Claire comes down at 8:14, Sylar is already gone, and Peter wakes up.

Then Peter gets arrested. Stupid cops. "Oh, we tested the blood that was all over you, and apparently it was yours. Sorry about that."

You know, I couldn't think of a name better suited to him, though.

What's with his "Brains are clocks I must fix them!" obsession, though? I mean, how does he get thier powers? Did he give himself a brain clot, or something?

I've got that figured out. He has a power related to system analysis. Think about it. If he can look at a system, any system, and see how it works, and then be able to alter that system so taht it works in another way, in essence "fising" it, then he can open up someone's brain, see how it works, and then reconfigure his own to work the same way. So Sylar (or do I mean Gabriel, hehehehehe) gets his hands on this guy with TK and frags him up, then "fixes" his own brain so that he is special (and not the boring, mundane clock-maker) like his victim. Then he is no longer this putz that no one cares about. He is now special. But he wants to be "all he can be", so he tracks down another special person and "upgrades" himself, all the while believing that he is fixxing a flaw in himself. As this progresses, he gets more and more powerfull.

My only question is: how is he going to kill the Hatian? You know he'll have to if he wants to escaped Mr. Bennet's custody.

Gabriel (or was that Sylear???)

I'm curious what Mr. Bennet's powers are (glasses- but he's strangely resistant to suggestion), and what the Hatian's powers are. I'm still not convinced that their organization is 'good,' but I'm seeing his side of things more now.
