I think the reason that Mr. Bennet is resistant to powers is the Hatian doing it. I think he can influence a person's ability to use his mind, thus effectively blocking that person's powers at the source. I think if Big Hatian Cobber is taken down, then Sylar is going to be able to take out the rest.

I think maybe the Hatian just makes people forget, so if the Suggestion Chick says something to Bennet, then the Hatian makes him forget, and things work themselves out (he continues as if nothing had happened)

I know Leech (From Marvel) negates mutant powers, but I'm not as familiar with nemises.

Well, not neccessarily, but I do think Sylar is going to have to take him out. Of course, if the show defines "Hero" as anyone with powers, then who knows. If not, my money is on Nathan.

While I like the Petrellis, I don't know how important they're going to be in the series as a whole. I'm actually kind of curious if Flyer is still going to win the election- his brother being in jail in texas and charged with all the murders Sylar committed... that might just shoot his senate dreams.

Well if you think about it, there are only 3 real heroes in the series: Claire, Peter, & Hiro. They are the only ones who have shown a desire to help others in a selfless way. All of the rest are just people with special powers.

I would count Mohinder and his Dad as heroes, too- although they don't have any powers, they're giving up everything to pursue what they know is right, and doing amazing things.

You don't have to have powers to be a hero.

Good point. Of course Mohinder's dad is dead, but hey, I'm not counting that. ;)

I'd count the con as one too. he did try and help the people out of the car. Only reason he's running is because he got framed.

Hard to say with the kid, though.  He seems more interested in his family being together, though.

Ability to see into the past?
Wasn't that from the kid with the soccer ball?
