That's awesome. If there's a terrorist event, Apple can then sue them for breaking the End-User's Licensing agreement! Also, there will have been a nuclear war.

I think it's an easter egg- no one ever reads those things (I usually do, but since you have to read and agree every time you update or check for an update, I stopped doing it). I think this was meant to prove that.
