That was the group, I believe, who was told by regulations, that the blind fellow was only allowed to use his optics in the lab, because the rig was experimental, despite the facts that
A) The more he used it, the better his brain would be able to interpret the signals, so it would've been an advantage if he could get to use it all day.
B) This allowed sight, and would've made his life alot easier (imagine not being able to see...).

C) Since it's a bit of cyber, exactly how contagious do we think it could possibly be?
