*shrug* moveing could work too, but it depends on what is causeing the problems.

is it two board members posting at the same time?

is it kiddie-hackers hitting the server with scripts?

is it limited bandwidth?

bad administration on the hardware side?

moveing will only solve some of thoes problems.
