Depends on how much you like them... father of the year? Level 10 flaw. Father that makes child support payments almost always on time? Maybe a level 5. Father that gives the child to a fire station "safe drop" level 1. Father who releases the kid into the wild, confident that it will make it to the fire station on its own? That's a wash I think...
