http://rpg.drivethrustuff.com/product/115537/Shadowrun%2C-Fifth-Edition-Preview-%234?src=s_piI really like the concept of limits- no one with a pea shooter from a stuffer shack shelf is going to take out an armored convoy with it- there's a good limit on number of successes, and a good reason to upgrade equipment and stuff as your character improves.
I'm really looking forward to the new edition- it gets back some of the flavor that I love (deckers, yay!) and deals with some of the crunch that I felt was problematic (initative passes < dynamic initiative; it IS possible to go faster than the physad, if you roll well enough). It has good art, great writing, and I'm really excited for it.
