I dunno... maybe, maybe not.  Probably would have to go on a case-by-case basis.

Then again if those stealth helos are there to blow up anybody who beats the magic-gas powered car, that would be cheating.

LOL i figured, if rice boys all use giggle-juce, and one of them found something they could burn that worked even better, then that would be a nice edge for them... of course if it gets hit by chaingun fire from the helo... well, let's hope i don't have to write up specs on highly combustable astrally active bacteria that thrive in a oil based enviroment, and react explosivly to electrical stimulus...
