Now see that, you people have NOT been paying attention! You have to hit a character where it hurts if you want to keep game balance. Damn! just toss in a few canisters of Neurostun X or Green Ring 8. Hell a splash grenade full of slip spray, a canister of freeze foam, and a sharp throat-slitting knife are a great comination for a guy like that. Or, a water hose and 8 security guards with tasers and stun batons.
And check this out, certain kinds of bone lacing can be considered to be conductive or insulative. Now this is completely noncanon, but I work at an engineering firm, so I checked this one out. Ceramic Bone Lacing can actually insulate against electrical attacks. Say it counts as 2 points of protection against an electical attack. However, Alluminum Bone Lacing is just the opposite. Aluminum is a great conductor (although not as good as copper or gold) and could actually CONDUCT the electrical attack into that PC. Thus it would give a +2 to the TN to resist the electrical attack. Add in a healthy soaking of water (shich should count as at least a +1TN) and you have a little edge there.
And if you STILL can't take a guy like that down, summon a level 3 hearth spirit to confuse the guy into walking down the wrong hall, into the elevator, and toss all the above mentioned stuff into THAT. If he STILL survives the chunky salsa effect, all the gas, the non-lethals, and the electrical damage, just stop and smack the drek out of both yourself and your player. You both deserve it.
