Actually, the problem with A rounds is that they're heavier, carrying more kinetic force. So when it enters the body, it impacts bones and stff without changing direction (as your normal 9mm or 357 round does.) So in effect, it is a "stronger" hit.

Since it's designed to be used against cars, it's meant to punch holes in vehicle armor, and damage the people inside or the vehicle engine. (Or in really cool cases, the fuel storage!! MUAHAHAHAH BOOM!!!)

or if your buddies drop a armload of gernades (all missing their pins) into the back seat with their recently deceased friend inorder to create a distraction for lonestar so they can get away.

Yeah.. one of them was the guy who kept screwing teammates in order to survive, and the other one was the Drizzt fan...

Actually, earlier in the run, the asshat had dropped a white phosporous grenade to try and get the security guards off his tail. Oh, did I forget to mention that WE were also behind him?

 Nothing quite like dropping a White-P Grenade in front of your friends to throw off the Security.

Still wasn't as bad as the time he shot up the Rigger's Ride to keep the element of "Suprise" against an empty limosine.

Then he pushed me into the firefight to get the payment..
