Aside from the central 'baby' plotline of children of men, the entire movie was an excellent version of a shadowrun- you have to trust people you don't really know, people you do know get hurt, and eventually it'll get you killed.
I loved the scene where he's in the building, and the tank and soldiers are attacking it, and then suddenly everyone stops fighting because they hear a baby crying.
It's not technically a movie, but the show Supernatural has a very Shadowrun feel to it (and deals a lot with magic and spirits)
