I honestly can't tell if that's fake or not... the "engrish" is a little poor, and the 'totally random user comments' are a literal quote, in the same engrish, as the blurb written by the 'developer' two paragraphs up....
but it is shadowrun-ish-looking.

If you click on the "Play Now" button on the link it loads an advertisement page, then forwards to Shadowrun.com.  Is this person trying to make a couple of cents or something?

Cliffhanger Productions is the development house that's making the "Shadowrun Online" game, the one Kagemusha posted about.  They moved their development to Shadowrun.com so all this does is put you a couple of clicks away (rather than going their directly) with advertisements in between, not an actual game to play. 

The FAQ on Shadowrun.com says they're planning for a release in 2013.

A little more digging, looks like whoever this person is they're just trying to move traffic through their site.  I don't think that's very nice, especially since they did it with a lie...
