Well, think of it this way: what drawback does an adept have for all their powers?
...
the in-ability to get cyberware... that's more of a competitive thing than a draw back. like ford vs toyota.
they still get full benefit from healing spells, their abilitys can get better over time,
drawback of an equil amount of chrome to keep up with an adept:
Cybermancy, you loose your soul and become a robot.
all your friends leave you because you can't relate to them.
no healing spells work on you, and you corrupt the astral space you occupy.
you get cancer twice a month.
any time you look at something too closely, you could die.
now, on a game ballance scale, who should get more benifits?
the guy with no drawbacks, or the guy with a list so long that it takes several books to occupy.
*shrug* and really, if an adept wanted to go the cybermancy route, they could burn out their soul with chrome, just takes a big paycheck.
if a cyberzombie wanted to become an adept... hmm... well, he could hope for reincarnation...
