Food, yeah, a translation of a small bit a wrote for a campaign that nevergot to fly:

"The primary industry in the neighbourhood is the Nutritex Wholesome Meals-complex, where mycoprotein is grown and harvested, as well as refined and prepared before synthetic tastes are added and the whole deal is pre-packaged. The pre-packaged mycoprotein meals are then taken to a storage space in Tacoma, from which it is distributed to dealers and stores all over Seattle. Thus the workers there are an important part of a fundamental industry which keeps the whole city going, as without Nutritex Wholesome Meals an average family in Seattle would have to pay almost and entire newyen more per week for food. Impressive, neh?"

They were owned (at arms length) by Aztechnology.

Hmm.. how about smoker works for the azzies, seeing as how he got our tape from the stuffer shack. or he just planned on hijacking the next set of runners that got hit in a bad area of town, and hid the camera there. it's rude to ask though, so i'm just going to take it as a blind, but I'm still going to make a mental image of him and put some dough into researching who he is and who he works for.

as for what the scientest is working on... *shrug* something with caffeine? he was interested in my caffeine distilling abilities.

well, ASKING is generally a bad idea too.
if he did give you an answer, it would probibly be wrong.
and, at that point, he would know that you were interested in his employeer, and worry about you double-crossing him.

and that seldome helps the run go better.

Did the guards stick around or did they leave when the meeting started?

I was thinking a nice safe place to go discuss things.  Since having a planning session in the same place as the meet is considered poor form.

Oh, yeah. Enjoy your shirt. Probably not loaded up with the best listening devices money can buy. Although I would hate to be the guy who had to listen to that audiofeed.
