Damn straight, Mercy. Tossing a firebal at the propane tank the thing is standing by would be a hell of a lot easier than throwing it at the zombie.

Yea, but that's assuming it's standing next to a propane tank. dispite what hollywood has taught us, they aren't always arround.

and also take into consideration, we are talking like we are assuming that the mage is going to go first... practicly every cyber-zombie out there has a set of wires, making them quite a bit faster than the mage they are fighting... if I was the mage, i'd be working on defence first, because robocop is going to go a couple of times before they even get to think about what to do.

Robocop NEVER went first. That guy was slower than Kid_Vid's come-backs. However, that having been said, I think you may have a point. Of course, summoning a big-mojo spirit or on-call elemental would be damn helpfull too. Always remember the lesson Pokemon has taught us: Let others fight your battle sfor you.

well, yea. I'm assuming that the street-sam is the 'someone else' fighting this battle.

if it was me, i'd say:

"Hey, I'll Rushambo you for it. I go first!"

then, one swift kick to the groin later, i'd say.

"Here, I quit; you can have your stupid arrowhead. I didn't want it anyways."

You want to kick a cyberzombie in the groin? Ruski, there's a reason you should stay behind a deck for runs like this. ;)

It's probably better that you stay in the safety of your own home for those kind of runs. Or better yet, go to Starbucks and jack in from there. Nice and public.

LOL, you know, I never thought of Starbucks actually pandering REAL coffee in 2063. I wish you would have said that a few years ago when I was running the decker in my group. He never jacked in anywhere else.

Ain't it the truth. Damn, just being able to walk in there would probably require a credit check. Real coffee in a coffee shop in Shadowrun... Nah, that's just TOO unrealistic.

and the security you have to get through to get a job there? it's almost like trying to get yourself a job as CEO of an AAA corp.

well, in dealing with it, you'll have to take into account it's reaction.

we took the troll's ultra-slow reaction into acount.
