It's also less dense than muscle.  Higher mass has greater inertia.  Easier to move or stop someone with a lot of fat than a lot of muscle.

It's also why looking at the scales isn't the best way to gauge health.  You also need to know the ratio of fat to muscle.

Yeah, but you've gotta be certain about their fatness. Ever see those World's Strongest Man competitions? Those guys look fat, but that belly is ALL muscle.

*EG* probably.  I could hit a tree of half the diameter at about the same distance.  Buuut they also don't move.

Oh, they move a lot, just not with their legs, but rather when all the fat starts rolling around when they do anything else.

aparently there was a backup camera system.

i got two tapes, the primary and the backup from the primary system.

*shrug* that's what I get for being cockey
