Well, effectively, that one cell wouldn't be enough to regenerate him- the single cell would starve, even if it used all of its recources to rebuild other cells, there's not way that the organism could survive long enough to actually function.

His skeleton, on the other hand? Perfect place to build a little family.

Actually, those bones would HAVE to be porous in order for him to produce red blood cell, so yeah, I can see something growing on them.

However, I did find out a bunch of other spoilers but I hate to spoil the next 4 episodes. I know who's going to die. ;)
